Sun Ying (Lydia), who is an aggressive lawyer with a solid legal foundation. She has studied several monographs on maritime law during her school years and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, mainly responsible for labour and personnel, corporate and commercial and dispute resolution practice.
Since her practice, Lydia has served as permanent legal advisor for several well-known enterprises, including COSCO Shipping Logistics (Dalian) Co., Ltd., Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology, Corp., Yida China Holdings Limited and Dalian Zhongbang Weihang Property Service Co., Ltd. She has not only accumulated rich service experience in the field of legal counsel services, but has also been awarded the gold medal legal counsel by COSCO and other central enterprises.
Lydia is a keen observer and analyst of new issues in the industry and is keenly interested in social welfare matters. In 2014, the "Research on the Legal System of NTOCC", which was co-authored by Lydia, won the Excellent Paper Award issued by the China Society of Logistics. From 2016 to 2018, she provided free legal advice to visiting workers at the Dalian Shahekou District Labour Arbitration Court for three consecutive years, which was well received by the majority of workers, and was advanced individual in the protection of workers' rights by Dalian, Shahekou District General Labour Union, in 2017.
Since 2020, Lydia has been appointed as a part-time arbitrator of the Labour Arbitration Committee and has participated in the trial and adjudication of dozens of labour dispute cases and has also participated in the writing of "Dalian Labour Law Public" and " Big Data Report on Labour Dispute Litigation in Dalian ". She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of labour and human resources.
