Zhang Xinwei (April), with LLB in Southwest University of Political Science and Law and LLM in Dalian Maritime University, was awarded the title of "Excellent Young Lawyer in Dalian". She has advanced competence in legal English TOLES and intermediate TEF French and can communicate and deal with legal issues in both Chinese and English, with also strong professional competence and good quality of practice. Since practicing, she has represented nearly 100 cases in various types of litigation and arbitration. Through sincere communication, diligence, and increasingly proficient litigation skills, she has achieved good, expected results in all the cases she has represented.
To provide better legal services to clients, in recent years, April has studied equity and the resulting equity investment and financing and equity incentive topics in depth. The courses she developed, such as "Prevention of Corporate Legal Risks", "Design and Implementation Strategies of Employee Incentive Programs" and "Practical Analysis of Hotspots of Non-competition", have been well received by entrepreneurs and human resources managers.
