Acting for Harbin North Harbour Mall Co., Ltd v. Harbin Port Authority Contract Dispute. involving a cumulative amount of approximately RMB 31 million, over a period of one and a half years, through first and second instance proceedings

Acting for the case between General Electric Transportation Systems (Shenyang) Co., Ltd and A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. concerning the recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Acting for Dell (China) Co., Ltd. Dalian Branch in a labour dispute with Ma, involving a cumulative amount of about RMB 540,000, over a period of two years, through arbitration, first trial, second trial and application for retrial, winning the case.

Acting for Dalian Weyi Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and OMMC Logging Supplies Inc. in an international trade arbitration dispute, involving a cumulative amount of approximately RMB 2 million, which lasted one year and was partially dismissed by CIETAC arbitration.
